Nextbike Polska SA

Business: Mobility as a Service – Bike Sharing

Position: CEO ad Interim

Project: 4 months, Jan - Apr 2020

Implemented rapid reform post Nextbike GmbH takeover, reducing employment and ensuring preparation of an integration action plan.


Rosti - Białystok, Malmö

Business: global precision injection moulding company (Rosti Group).
Position: Fusion Programme Director ad Interim
Project: 8 months (2016 / 2017)

Post-Merger Integration after the acquisition of a competitive company. Conducting a Fusion Programme for ca. 1400 employees. Expansion of one of the production plants and moving the second plant (ca. 450 employees, 70 injection moulding machines, 28 assembly lines, production equipment und office) for new production facilities. Go Live of new VNA warehouse (for 17 000 pallets). Move of stock.


montrada GmbH - Warsaw, Frankfurt aM (now Worldline)

Business: card-based payment transactions

Position: Managing Director ad Interim

Project: 9 months (2012 / 2013)

Post-Merger Integration after the acquisition of a competitor in Poland; managing the polish Team (10 Employees and 50 Freelancers); moving the company from Lodz to Warsaw; take over the assets of the purchased company; supervision of the technical connection to HQ (IT); creating workflows complying with the requirements of external authorities (e.g. revision, financial supervision, tax office).

As Regional Director, I have integrated the acquired company KCMB as a Sales Region to Raab Karcher.



1994 Linde Gaz Polska Sp. z o.o. Kraków / Munich

As Head of Purchasing and Materials Management, I was responsible for the integration of purchasing and materials management in the five production plants already acquired by Linde.

Change Management

MPS International Sp. z o.o.

Business: cosmetics, product manufacturing / packaging
Position: Head of Sales ad Interim
Project: 12 months (2015 / 2016)

Product manufacturer of cosmetics for well-known cosmetic brands in the UK, Scandinavia and Poland. Manufacturer of packaging (PET, PE, PP)
Restructuring of the sales functions in the company, focus on customer, introduction of project management (Prince2), developing market strategies and Value Proposition, production optimization.



AluFlexPack novi, Poznań / Zadar HR

Business: Aluminium packaging
Position: Business Development Manager ad Interim

A polish subsidiary of Croatian manufacturer of aluminium packaging after take over by Swiss company. Preparing of a new Sales Strategy for Polish Market, development of several variants of the company’s presence on the Polish market.
